I sold the Honda RS250R to him in February, 2011. I disassembled and shipped it, he received all the parts in May. However, he did not pay about 1800 euros. I found him on Facebook in June. Although I sent the message repeatedly, he continued ignoring. He answered in October at last. It is the following.

He sent this mail to me, just before heard nothing. He doesn’t do any protest though he is making an excuse about unpaid. That is, the reason is only an pretext. Even if it is true, does he need to ignore me several months? If you wish, I will release dealings of all the mails with him.

Moreover, he has shown me no proof of damage. Although I demanded the photographs of the broken parts or the parcel breakage certificate of the France post office, he sends nothing to me. Of course, he has a digital camera.

Probably, this is the parts which I sent.

Regrettably I do not have a means which he is made to pay. Therefore, I decided to charge him. Although I am sorry to his family, I cannot forgive his non-sincerity. My website will continue telling his act, as long as the Internet exists.

If you have his information, please tell me. I will release all the information about him. If you are his friend, please persuade him.

His act and “nationality, race, and religion” are unrelated.
Although I dealt with many French, they were very friendly and gentlemen.

I AM LOOKING FOR A FRENCH MAN. PLEASE HELP ME.

I shipped Honda RS250R to the French man Sebastien Moineau in February. He purchased parts at my store repeatedly. Therefore, I trusted him and accepted charge deferred payment.

He paid the part and did not send a reply for a while. May 2, He contacted me at last. He said that he was in the hospital. Since I still trusted him, I did not press for payment.

But, he has not replied to my e-mail at all since then. Although I continued waiting patiently, I found him on the Facebook one day. Because he was writing to his wall, I sent the message. Then, he hid the wall immediately. When I asked his Facebook friends about him, everybody said, “He is fine.”

Although it is very regrettable, I have to admit that he deceived me. I am so sad…

Probably, he thinks that it can escape, since I cannot go to France. It may be a correct. However, I would like to still believe his conscience.

I am looking for the French who helps. Would you persuade him? If you contact me, I will tell his address and telephone number.

His amount in arrears is about 190,000 yen (2,450 dollars, 1,800 euros).

If nobody can persuade him, I will release all his information I have. I do not want to do such a thing for his children. But, I am not a Saint. I am going to tell as many France people as possible about him.
